Neadekvátní recenze, host nebyl v hotelu ubytován, nemůže tedy hodnotit kvalitu služeb.

  • Wir sind angereist und hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer reserviert, da meine Frau im Rollstuhl sitzt!!! Uns wurde schriftlich die barrierefreir Reservierung bestätigt. Bei Ankunft mußten wir leider feststellen, dass eine Treppe von beiden Seiten in das Hotel führt!!! Auf meine Anfrage hieß es: "Können Sie Ihre Frau nicht über die Treppe tragen?". Somit standen wir OHNE Unterkunft da!!!

Die 4 Stufen haben immer auch Behinderte Gäste überwunden. Sie können sich halt nicht anpassen und suchen nur Fehler. Wir könnten Ihre Frau immer bei der Überwendung der Stufen behilflich sein. Und wenn Ich als Gast spezielle Anforderungen habe, muss ich mich direkt mit dem Hotel in Verbindung setzen und nicht über dritte Buchen.

  • A very pleasant stay. The Quality of food for breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated in a very Convenient place to visit the sights of Cheb. I would be happy to recommend the Barbarossa Hotel.

  • This is not a negative point but a point of positive feedback: The hotel (and, indeed, the town in general) appears to rely on / expect German speaking guests which understandable given its location; however most tourists in 2019 expect level of English which we found lacking in the town in general. I never expect people to speak English but in the service industry it is becoming more necessary, I am sorry to say.

  • Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen in der Innenstadt. Den Frühstückstisch gedeckt mitder Zimmernummer fand ich sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.
